We got to Florida really early. Called to ask if we can do an early check in, from the start the receptionist was Excellent. Her phone etiquette was pure excellence. She said we can wait in tbe lobby until our room was ready and she was even able to get us checked in earlier than said. We needed a couple things for the room. She was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Alot of options and the coffee WOW, delicious. The woman who was doing the breakfast was also very helpful and just pleasant. Keep them both. The location was great. Next to shopping area and restaurants.

Family-friendly hotel, pet-friendly and new. Impeccable and clean facilities. Comfortable rooms with enough towels and only one soap (5 people).. You also have to pay a $50 deposit upon entering which they return upon leaving if there is no news. The parking lot is large. At the hospitality level it is excellent, they have small details like putting your name on the television screen to welcome you and text messages putting themselves at your service for any need. Recommended

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Lots of choices including quality protein. The oatmeal with tons of topping choices was my favorite. My daughter loved the waffles. Thought housekeeping every other day was a perfect fit. Bed & pillows were extremely comfortable.

The Front Desk Susan was great and professional. The hotel is beautifully designed INSIDE & THE OUTSIDE PATIO!!! Rooms was comfortable and had everything you needed inside of rooms. GREAT LOCATION FOR FOOD & BEST OF ALL CLOSE TO MY DAUGHTER & GRANDKIDS!!!

Rooms are modern and spacious. It is in a good location if you are attending anything near champions gate. Mobile check in is a great feature. Staff reaches out to you by text during your stay to make sure it is going well.
